How is my order shipped, is it safe?
All our shipments are prepared with a meticulous care, we make sure that these are perfectly sealed and packaged inside a pocket that protects them. In each order received you will find:
- the summary of your order
- a letter from us with additional information on your purchases or gifts if present
- an airtight sealed envelope containing all your stamps or ordered products
Shipping costs and delivery methods
To further simplify the use of our service we have decided to offer the following shipping methods:
- registered mail (cost € 5.90);
- ordinary tracked mail (cost 0.99 Euro);
- free shipping (for orders over 19 Euros)
The shipment of the products takes place within 48 hours after receiving the order and is notified by email directly from our office, so that the customer always knows when he will receive his order. The shipment is made immediately in the case of payment on delivery, bank transfer, payment by credit card, payment by Paypal.
It's a gift, can you send it to me urgently?
Sure. If you have to send a gift and you are late, contact us to arrange for a fast shipping in 24/48 hours.
